Software we trust.
As epidemiologists, researchers and data analysts, we rely on a range of software to allow for gathering, collating, analysing and interpreting data. Since 2017, we offer some of our in-house developed tools, which we have relied on for years in our own workflow, as a cloud-based service. We offer these tools because we trust them – they have been developed in tandem with our own epidemiologists, field workers and analysts, field tested in a range of circumstances and continuously improved with input from our experts, partner institutions and clients. We are proud of our ever-expanding toolkit, and of the ever-growing list of satisfied clients, from government agencies to pharmaceutical manufacturers, who have been making good use of our tools.
Multi-platform distributed contact tracing for field epidemiology.
Comprehensive remote health monitoring.
Comprehensive clinical trial and research study management tool.
The public health dashboard of the future.
Complete pharmacovigilance solution.
Field testedDesigned for epidemiology teams in the field, CBRD Wildfire™ can operate from a range of platforms, including mobile devices. Outside of network coverage, Wildfire™ stores data in encrypted local storage and synchronizes it with the cloud server once network connection is restored.
As data is collected, pre-defined analyses are continuously performed and updated on the data set. Real-time detection logic allows for early detection of emerging infection clusters.
Geoenabled data collection associates data with the location of collection, effortlessly integrating with GIS solutions and adding a spatial dimension without additional workload for the field team.
Wildfire™ is a multi-platform distributed contact tracing application designed for fieldwork in all circumstances. Backed by a robust graph database, Wildfire™ can operate in a 'detached' mode when no network connection is available, and sync with the cloud once new data is added. While designed for field applications, Wildfire™ can integrate with semi-active surveillance solutions like Denali™ to provide continuous non-contact follow-up.
CBRD Wildfire™ contains cryptographic protocols that subject it to certain export controls. For details, please consult our page on export controls of software containing cryptographic protocols. A commercial version, CBRD Wildfire™ XE, is available to customers who cannot satisfy the requirements of the relevant export control legislation. CBRD Wildfire™ XE may not be functionally equivalent to CBRD Wildfire™ and in particular lack certain features critical for securing patient information.
Effortless monitoring from homeSave costs and time for your trial participants by using home-based online self-assessments. Reducing the need for personal attendance will result in easier participant recruitment and better adherence.
Leverage connectivityConnect a range of third-party monitoring devices, from wifi-enabled smart scales through wrist-borne activity monitors to performance measurement equipment and custom sensors. Augment your research through 24/7 comprehensive data of trial/duty participants' health status.
Designed for remotely monitoring the health status of participants in a study or a clinical trial, Denali™ is an integrated survey administration and subject management system that allows data from self-reporting surveys to be correlated with linked data from various sensors and connected devices.
CBRD Denali™ is not intended to treat, cure or diagnose any disease, or to replace medical advice and competent monitoring. CBRD Denali™ is designed for research use only.
CBRD Denali™ contains cryptographic protocols that subject it to certain export controls. For details, please consult our page on export controls of software containing cryptographic protocols.
CBRD Denali™ includes connectivity features to data services provided by third parties. Such services are provided by the relevant third party and CBRD disclaims any responsibility for the accuracy or availability of such data.
Reduce clinic visits with Denali™
Leverage Denali™'s intuitive multi-platform survey system to elicit regular reports from participants and connect to third-party devices, from fitness monitors to blood glucose meters.
Allow the sophisticated auto-scheduler to take charge of scheduling clinic visits, follow-up meetings and other appointments. By ensuring maximum utilization without overbooking, efficiency is increased and costs are kept manageable.
Sponsor dashboardRole-based dashboards include a special dashboard for trial sponsors, allowing insight into enrollment statistics and trial completion.
Secure and reliable21 CFR Part 11 compliance, AES-256 encryption and stringent role-based access controls ensure peace of mind - for you as well as for the participants.
Manage clinical trials and studies from start to finish using Cognito™, the first cloud-based CTMS offering military-grade encryption, completely auditable processes, multi-source data input and comprehensive management of the trial process, from intake through scheduling to reimbursement and result analysis. Cognito™ manages the entire trial from start to finish, and integrates with Denali™ for the easy, convenient remote monitoring of participants.
CBRD Cognito™ contains cryptographic protocols that subject it to certain export controls. For details, please consult our page on export controls of software containing cryptographic protocols.
Integrate everythingPolyDash™'s multi-source ingestion system allows data to be ingested and scraped from a wide variety of sources, from geotagged social media to official data submitted by hospitals. Improved situational awareness allows for faster detection of possible outbreaks.
Cutting-edge geospatial modelsLeveraging CBRD's expertise in modelling the propagation of pathogens in built-up areas, a range of models are available to estimate potential spread patterns and initiate adequate responses.
Meet the public health dashboard of the future. By integrating a vast array of sources, from medical records through reporting systems to state-of-the-art NLP algorithms on social media data, PolyDash™ acts as an early warning system for communicable diseases, monitoring system for outbreaks and capacity planning system for hospital resources, all in one. Integrating seamlessly with just about any data source, PolyDash™ provides unparalleled situational awareness to public health planners.
A turnkey pharmacovigilance solution
CBRD Panacea™ includes a front-end, back-end, authentication logic and basic analytical modules.
Designed to excel both with passive and active reporting regimes
The analytical tools include algorithms to evaluate information from both passive and active pharmacovigilance regimes.
Made for accountability
To comply with legal requirements, a built-in audit and tracking system keeps track of all actions taken on reports, and easily allows subject requests and follow-up.
Designed for diversity
CBRD Panacea™'s tools allow for a wide range of data to be stored, submitted and evaluated.
Panacea™ is a semi-active pharmacovigilance system. Designed for governmental authorities and pharmaceutical manufacturers alike, Panacea™ allows an unprecedented granularity of reports, including the ability to attach a wide range of objective evidence, such as DICOM imagery or test results. Data is automatically anonymized and access to contact and identity information is available only through a dual-keying system.
CBRD Panacea™ contains cryptographic protocols that subject it to certain export controls. For details, please consult our page on export controls of software containing cryptographic protocols.
